A wonderful neighborhood in South Miami! Convenient to downtown and Key Biscayne, this unit located in the heart of Coconut Grove was so convenient to everything. The restaurants and shops were great! And, the communication with the owner was full, responsive and enjoyable. Thanks!

Always clean and very helpful in everything

Stayed in the unit for the weekend of the Coconut Grove Atr fest and the St Stevens art fest. As an exhibitor at the event the location couldn't have been better. The building is centrally located in Coconut Grove with a beautiful view of the city. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. Will be booking again.

I hate to be boring…. But I say the same thing about this host, Lorelei: I keep praising the host! She keeps her properties immaculate; whatever her secret formula of being a great host is, I'd like steal a little bit of it! The most important things in the hospitality business is consistency, predictability, and reliability. Ms Cobos is an outstanding hostess!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Couple of nice food options around. 20-30 mins away from Brickell (where the actions are). Glad I rented here instead of Ocean Drive. Restaurant is ok, nothing too special. Pool is nice. Weather is nicer. Relaxing. Room is as shown on pictures. Be great if there is a microwave to reheat food but not a big point.Cons: thin walls, slow elevator

Located next to a beautiful waterfront park—and away from the craziness of Miami Beach—the apartment was exactly what I needed during my stay. It was clean, all the appliances worked, the bed was super comfy and the sunset views from the balcony were beautiful. Lorelei was incredibly flexible with my reservation, which made the experience totally stress-free. If you are staying in Miami and want the comforts of home, I highly recommend this rental.

Lorelei and Daniela's apartment was perfect for my stay. I was traveling for work in Coconut Grove and needed a place near the office I was working out of. It also turned out to be close to quite a lively neighborhood I wasn't expecting! There was a plethora of restaurants only minutes from there building. I walked everywhere. There was also art galleries coffee shops and book shops. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and never too hot or cold. It was a refreshing place to be after work.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Sonesta. Our studio was darling, and exactly what we were looking for. Lorelei and Daniela are super hosts, and provided us with all information we needed regarding keys, parking pass, etc. well in advance. AND While there, I lost an earring with which I had an extreme emotional connection. I could not find it anywhere, though I searched several times. I mentioned it to Lorelei when I emailed her my checkout time, and she responded immediately asking for a picture. While on my way home today, Lorelei texted me - her cleaning crew had found my earring! I am so grateful. Lorelei's concern and personal touch means so much. We would never find that at a hotel!

This room was an integral part of our weekend getaway in Miami. Clean, with everything one could need, nicely organized and cozy. It was a breeze to get to fun places to visit and we enjoyed the locales that coconut grove had to offer! It was handy to have in room washer and dryer as well.

This unit was great for our week-long stay in Miami. The building itself is nice and it was excellent having access to a pool with a view and the parking garage. We enjoyed having a kitchenette in the unit to get some groceries and cook our own breakfasts. The view was really nice and so was the balcony! We slept great on the king size bed and overall were really comfortable in the space. Would definitely come back!

The corner windows make the studio apartment feel so large! Having s laundry machine makes Life easier when traveling light. We walked everywhere in the Grove. The location is amazing!! Meet some interesting people at the pool. Overall, a wonderful experience. Also, the property manager, Lorelei was so easy to work with and she was so helpful. I highly recommend the unit and the management.

The room was spacious and had a small balcony to enjoy the city lights. Everything you'd need in the well equipped kitchen. Location was great, short ride to downtown. The area around hotel had many restaurants within walking distance.

This unit was perfect for our 30 day stay in Miami. The location could not have been better. The unit had everything we needed for a long stay and being a corner unit it had an air of openness to it so one didn't feel closed in. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at 1010-2 was an amazing experience, this unit is gorgeous, lot of light and 180 degrees view because it is a corner, I love it.My host is the best host ever in my life, super helpful, nice, and a very open person.I highly recommend it.

This is my second time staying at a property at the Sonesta Hotel in Miami managed by the same management company. They are very communicative hosts and the process of checking and check out a seamless. The location is perfect for axis to restaurants and activities in Coconut Grove and very accessible to Coral Gables, Brickell, and other areas. The unit itself is clean, has a view, and it's cozy. Will happily stay at one of their properties again.

This apartment is perfect! It was so convenient to coconut grove restaurants and easy to jump on 95 or US1. The apartment itself is well designed, decorated and spotless. The view of the city is gorgeous. There is a pool area that looks over the bay and you feel like you are in your own private island. It was a perfect way to mix business and pleasure. The apartment is terrific in every way. It was just a perfect spot for mem as u was coming back to Miami to see family and friends. It allowed me to have my own space. Additionally, it is in a great location with everything within walking distance. the property manager answered calls and handles any needs immediately. She is very sensitive to the customer's needs. The owner herself answer the phone. Responds quickly to e mails or texts. The place is wonderful and it is obvious that the owner is fastidious and precise. Location could be more convenient: great parks with jogging trails, walking paths and vast number of exercise equipment’s! All nearby. I don’t think there are many places like this one; and the host is professional, non intrusive but always willing to help.

I Was down visiting family, enjoying the beautiful weather and Art Festival!! This condo was adorably decorated! Super clean and exactly what I needed! I'd definitely stay here again! The response from Owner/Vrbo was outstanding!

My husband, son and I, we decided to stay at this place instead of a regular hotel because of the amenities and accessibility to pretty much everything like restaurants, market, and walking paths. It was like a home away from home for us and it was great. I highly recommend it to travelers who want a home feel place.

This place is ideal for a couple for a long weekend getaway. It's in the heart of Coconut Grove and walking distance to the waterfront. Parking pass is super helpful and our room was decorated and outfitted beautifully. (Mattress was a bit too soft for us - but that's a personal preference.) We were in town for a sailing regatta and loved staying here. Lorelei was very responsive - thanks again!

The Sonesta Hotel in Coconut Grove apparently now has a mixed-use setup with some units available as AirBnB stays at a discount to full hotel service. The unit was clean, well furnished and appointed and has a small kitchenette with small countertop stove and microwave. It is basically an efficiency apartment in a hotel where you can use the hotel amenities (definitely check out the HEATED - well, warm anyway - pool and the spa on the 8th floor roof deck with a beautiful Biscayne Bay view). I did not eat at the hotel restaurant but looks like a nice little gathering place on the same level as the pool. Best of all: FREE PARKING! This is no small consideration as hotels in Brickell/Coral Gables routinely charge $20-40 a night for parking. The checkin and checkout processes are seamless and the hosts did a nice job communicating. I was able to extend my stay after the initial reservation was accepted. The only drawback I can see is that the pool/spa level is basically only available during sunlight hours. Conveniently within a few blocks easy walking distance is the CocoWalk shopping mall and all of Coconut Grove's fun restaurants, cafes and little shops. This is a nice romantic corridor of old Miami with a lot of charm. Try Sapori di Mare Italian restaurant down the street: it's amazing. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay at 1201-2! This corner condo had a wonderful wraparound balcony and view. We enjoyed seeing the beautiful sunrises from our bed. The views of the bay were spectacular from the dining table as well. Designer touches were much in evidence. We hope to be back!

The property was perfect for us! My daughter and I were there for 4 nights and not only was the property clean, cute, and had an amazing view...but it was also located in an area that was easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, and so much more. The property manager was awesome!

Everything is perfect about this place! The view, the decorating, the comfort & the overall vibe. We love staying in Coconut Grove and this particular unit meets all of our needs. This is the second time we have stayed in 1201-2. It is a beautiful corner unit with a fantastic view of the water and sailboats overlooking Biscayne Bay. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax, including an additional bedroom that is available for an extra charge if you need more room. Very tastefully decorated as well.

From start to finish our stay was 5 star, room was perfect, view was great, working with Lorelei was effortless. Will definitely be using LuxeMiami again.

We stay in Coconut Grove and the Sonesta quite often. This unit did not disappoint. Professionally decorated and comfortable with a priceless view. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the master bathroom.

With double balconies covering 180* view plus and beautiful art filled space, smart and courteous staff, our stay was excellent and we hope to stay there again!

The apartment was exactly like the pictures- bright and attractive, beautiful view and a wrap around balcony (that was a wonderful surprise that the photos couldn't show). The Sonesta is right in the middle of the commercial center of Coconut Grove-- coffee shops, restaurants, movie theatre- all within a block or so of the apartment.

The unit was beautiful with full floor to ceiling bay views. We stayed here for my daughters tournament and found the hotel so peaceful and lovely staff in all areas right from the minute you arrive. The unit had everything we needed, and we would love to stay again sometime. Thank you.

This condo is wonderful in every way! We stayed for a week in August while moving our son into his dorm at the University of Miami. When we arrived, the unit was very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our first night. The trundle couch was very comfortable for our two adult sons, as the lower portion pulls out into a separate bed. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and the king-size bed was very comfortable. For a family of four, the half-bath was a much-appreciated bonus. We didn't cook much, but the kitchen was well-furnished and perfect for preparing our breakfasts and snacks. The washer/dryer was very useful as we were able to pack fewer clothes for ourselves, and save valuable suitcase space for our son's college essentials. I was also able to wash his new sheets and towels at the condo before moving into his dorm. The view from the living room and bedroom is nothing short of spectacular! You can see from the boats in the harbor all the way out to the horizon. The unit is reasonably priced and includes a parking pass which saved on parking fees. As for the hotel itself, the front desk staff was always friendly and helpful with questions and directions. We didn't visit the restaurant or use the pool, but we did walk through the pool area and it looked very nice. We will be visiting the Miami area frequently over the next four years while our son is in college there. We definitely plan to stay in this unit again!

Great location in Coconut Grove, competitive rate, secure building. Room has partial view of ocean which was extra nice for the unexpected fireworks display the weekend after Memorial Day. Very comfy bed, cool decor, quiet a.c. Management company is professional and communicative and easy to deal with. The following things are not criticisms but tips for future renters: if you are tall, and/or have bad knees, the toilet is a bit low. The little entry hallway has a locked double door system into the next room, and a lot of noise transfers through this so close the bedroom door at night to muffle it. Also the main door needs a good push/pull to fully latch it. Overall glad I stayed there although in future I won't go back to Coconut Grove because it is waaaaay too expensive and touristy. But if this management company has properties in other places I would definitely consider them.

I have stayed at the Sonesta Hotel many times and booking this privately owned room there was no different. Check in was easily done at the hotel desk. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. A real bonus was the on-site parking pass which was included in the rental. Would definitely recommend!

I've stayed in many AirBnb's for business and this was in the Hotel. Everything made with hospitality in mind. Hotel industry is not dead for that exact reason.

Perfect for our needs. Comfortable and clean. If you want a place to sleep, a pool to relax at and easy walking to the downtown grove or waterfront this room is perfect. If you plan to eat in or cook you will want one if their larger rooms.
